Instructions
1: Line a 9'' pie pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Combine Oreo crumble and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pie pan and refrigerate/freeze for at least 10-20 minutes to harden. 3: Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. 4: Add powdered sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until well combined and smooth. 5: Add heavy whipping cream and salted caramel sauce, beat on low until incorporated, then switch to high speed and beat until thickened and fluffy, creating stiff peaks. 6: Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably longer. 7: Prepare ganache by combining chocolate chips and whole fat milk in a small pan. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth. 8: Spread ganache over the chilled cheesecake. 9: Refrigerate for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight. 10: Top with desired garnishes such as whipped cream, pecans, and caramel sauce.View original recipe
