An easy and quick way to make stuffed shells, all in one pan in just 30 minutes. This recipe combines jumbo shell pasta with ground Italian sausage, cheese, and flavorful spices for a delicious meal.

What you need

tsp pepper

tsp sugar

basil leaves

oz jumbo shell pasta

tbsp tomato paste

cup parmesan cheese

oz ricotta cheese
tsp italian seasoning

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Begin to boil salted pasta water. 2: In a deep pan on medium heat, heat olive oil and cook italian sausage until somewhat browned. Add onions and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. 3: Add tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes before mixing into sausage. Add can of tomatoes and spices and cover and cook for 10 minutes. 4: Water should be boiling, so cook pasta as directed on box. 5: After pasta is done, drain and add to sauce. Add ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and basil. Stir until cheese is melted and cook for another 3 minutes. Taste for salt, if needed. 6: Serve with more cheese. Enjoy!View original recipe
