
Spicy Chicken Sandwich

What you need

cup buttermilk

brioche buns

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp sriracha

cup canola oil

tbsp pepper

tsp salt

tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
1: Pound out chicken to about 1/2 inch thick and cut in half horizontally. 2: Place chicken in a gallon ziplock bag. 3: Add buttermilk and all marinade seasonings into ziplock bag. 4: Massage and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 24 hours. 5: Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium-high (between 300-350 degrees). 6: In a bowl, whisk together all breading ingredients. 7: Drizzle a few spoonfuls of marinade buttermilk mixture into flour mixture and mix with a fork. 8: One piece at a time, submerge chicken in flour mixture and press to form a thick crust. 9: Put chicken in hot oil and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. 10: Place chicken on a cooling rack to release excess oil. 11: Toast brioche buns in butter, layer with sauce and pickles, and enjoy!View original recipe
