
Spaghetti and Meatballs

Celebrating National Pasta Day with Nonna Caterina's authentic spaghetti and meatballs recipe. This dish features fragrant meatballs made from ground beef and a rich marinara sauce using D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes, perfect for any pasta lover.

What you need

cup parsley

basil leaves

cup parmesan cheese

tsp beef bouillon

tsp kosher salt

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Combine all ingredients under 'for meatballs' and roll into balls. 2: Heat olive oil on medium and fry meatballs until golden on all sides (5-7 minutes total for all sides). Remove from pan when done frying. 3: Prepare marinara sauce. Blend a can of San Marzano DOP in a blender for 5 seconds until mostly pureed. 4: In a deep pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 5: Add in pureed tomatoes and bring to a bubble. Add basil leaves. 6: Once bubbling, put heat on low/simmer and add in meatballs. 7: Allow to cook for 30 minutes (stirring occasionally) or until meatballs are cooked through. 8: Serve with spaghetti and enjoy!View original recipe
