A quick and easy simple vodka sauce (without the vodka) made with pasta, olive oil, onions, garlic, tomato paste, heavy cream, butter, and spices for a delicious meal in about 20 minutes.

What you need

tbsp butter

tsp pepper

cup parmesan cheese

can tomato paste

yellow onion

lb pasta

cup heavy cream

cup olive oil
Instructions
1: Boil salted pasta water. Cook pasta until al dente (about 1-2 minutes less than what the box says). 2: In a deep pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes. 3: Add heavy cream and put heat on low & simmer for 3 minutes. 4: Add butter, spices, and cheese. Mix until combined. 5: Drain pasta & add to the sauce along with 1/2 cup of pasta water, add more if you want it creamier! 6: Top with more Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and enjoy!View original recipe
