A quick and delicious shrimp scampi recipe that can be made in just 20 minutes. Featuring large shrimp seasoned with olive oil and garlic salt, combined with linguini, butter, lemon, and fresh parsley for a flavorful meal!

What you need

cup parsley

tbsp butter
tbsp garlic salt

cup dry white wine

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Begin by boiling a pot of salted water for pasta. Once boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente (about 1 minute less than the package says). 2: Season peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil and garlic salt. In a deep frying pan on medium heat, heat 3 tbsp olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. 3: In the same pan on low, add butter, shallot, garlic, white wine, juice and zest of lemon, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Let cook down for about 5-7 minutes. 4: Once pasta is ready, add it to your reducing sauce. Add shrimp back to the pan, butter, reserved pasta water, and a bit more parsley and mix. 5: Enjoy!View original recipe
