An easy and delicious sheet pan chicken dinner with potatoes and green beans that's perfect for busy weeknights. This recipe combines chicken thighs with cubed potatoes and fresh green beans, all cooked on one pan for a quick and hearty meal.

What you need

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

tbsp lemon juice

tsp kosher salt

tsp italian seasoning

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up!). Spray with cooking spray. 2: Dice potatoes into cubes. Leave skin on like I did, or remove if desired. 3: Place potatoes and green beans on sheet pan. Place chicken thighs on baking sheet (skin side up) and pat dry. 4: In a small bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, and all spices/seasonings. Pour over chicken, potatoes and green beans. Rub/mix well into all. 5: Bake for ~35-40 minutes or until internal chicken temperature is 165 degrees. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for an extra crisp. Enjoy!View original recipe
