Seafood Boil
A show-stopping seafood boil loaded with crab, shrimp, mussels, and clams. This hearty dish includes flavorful seasonings and is perfect for a gathering, making enough for about 2-3 people with leftovers.
What you need

tbsp cayenne pepper

tbsp lemon pepper

parsley

lb clams

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp old bay seasoning
lemon

unsalted butter

tbsp onion powder

lb shrimp

tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1: Fill a large stock pot with water. Add Old Bay seasoning, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, and lemon. Cook baby potatoes first for about 5 minutes, then add corn and cook until almost tender (about 10 minutes). 2: While that’s cooking, make your butter seasoning/dipping sauce. 3: Melt butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes). Add remaining spices and bring to a slow boil on low, mixing frequently. Set aside. 4: Submerge king crab legs in the stock pot with cooked corn and potatoes and boil for about 5 minutes. 5: Add shrimp, mussels, and clams and cook for about 2-3 minutes (shrimp will be pink when done, mussels and clams will open when done). 6: Remove all seafood, corn, and potatoes from pot and place in disposable foil roasting pan. Take cooked butter seasoning/dipping sauce and generously pour over seafood, corn, and potatoes (save some for dipping). 7: Enjoy & buon appetito!View original recipe
