
Salsa Verde Chicken Enchiladas

cup sour cream

bunch cilantro

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread a bit of salsa verde on the bottom. 2: Add ½ the salsa verde, chicken, sour cream, cilantro, and ½ of the Mexican cheese blend together and stir to make the filling. 3: Add chicken filling into each tortilla and place seam-side down in the baking dish. 4: Spread the rest of the salsa verde and remaining cheese on top of the tortillas. 5: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 15 minutes. 6: Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese melts.
