
Roasted Balsamic & Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

What you need
tbsp maple syrup

cup parmesan cheese

lb brussel sprouts

cup olive oil

cup dried cranberries

tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Wash Brussel sprouts and cut off ends. Remove loose leaves. Cut in half. 3: Drizzle olive oil and salt and toss. Place on baking dish flat side down. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway. 4: Add pecans to allow roasting when you flip them over halfway through. 5: Once done, move them to a serving plate and add dried cranberries, grated cheese, balsamic glaze, and maple syrup.
