What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp oregano

tbsp kosher salt

tsp cumin
lb pork shoulder roast

cup beef broth

mexican cheese

tortilla chips

tbsp paprika

tsp onion powder

bourbon
guacamole

bacon

sour cream

tsp pepper

cilantro
Instructions
1: Heat oven to 300 degrees. 2: Prep your spice mixture by mixing all spices together and set aside. 3: Cook your bacon in a Dutch oven until crispy, taking it out but keeping the fat. 4: Trim any excess fat off the pork shoulder but leave some for flavor. Cube the pork into 3-inch cubes and coat each side generously with the spice mixture. 5: Brown each side of the pork in batches for about 6 minutes until golden brown. 6: Add beef broth and bourbon, scraping the bottom of the pot to remove any caramelized bits. 7: Arrange all browned meat in a single layer at the bottom of the Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and place it in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until easily shredded with a fork. 8: Place the pulled pork on top of tortilla chips in a cast iron skillet, sprinkle with cheese and desired toppings, and finish off in the oven for 5-7 minutes. 9: Enjoy and buon appetito!View original recipe
