What you need

tbsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp oregano

tsp onion powder

bourbon

tbsp kosher salt

tsp cumin

tsp pepper

bacon

cup beef broth
Instructions
1: Heat oven to 300 degrees. 2: Prep your spice mixture by mixing all spices together and set aside. 3: Cook your bacon in a Dutch oven until crispy, then take it out of the pan, keeping the fat. 4: Trim any excess fat off the pork shoulder, but keep some for flavor. Cube pork into 3-inch cubes and generously coat each side with the spice mixture. 5: In batches, brown each side of the pork until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. 6: Add beef broth and Bourbon, scraping the bottom to remove any caramelized bits. 7: Arrange all browned meat at the bottom of your Dutch oven in a single layer. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 3-4 hours, or until easily shreddable. 8: Place the pulled pork on top of tortilla chips in a cast iron skillet and top as desired. Finish off in the oven for 5-7 minutes. 9: Enjoy and buon appetito!View original recipe
