
Peach Pie Upside Down
An incredibly easy and delicious peach pie made with upside down puff pastry. This recipe includes a filling of fresh sliced peaches mixed with cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, nutmeg, and salt, all topped with buttery puff pastry.
What you need

tsp vanilla
tbsp cornstarch

sugar

dash nutmeg

tbsp lemon juice
egg

tbsp cinnamon

cup brown sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3: Mix together all filling ingredients (sliced peaches, cornstarch, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, nutmeg, and salt). 4: Drizzle honey on the parchment paper. 5: Add the sliced peach filling on top of the honey. 6: Top with the puff pastry dough. 7: Brush the pastry with the whisked egg. 8: Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden.View original recipe
