Parmesan Crusted Carrots
Parmesan Crusted Carrots will be your new favorite side dish for Thanksgiving! So easy and they take about 30 minutes from start to finish. This dish consists of 6 carrots coated in a delicious mixture of olive oil, garlic salt, paprika, and pepper, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for a delightful crunch.
What you need

tsp pepper
tsp garlic salt

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp olive oil

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Wash and cut carrots by slicing them in half lengthways, and then in half again. Each piece should have a 'flat' side. 3: In a bowl, combine oil, garlic salt, paprika and pepper. Add carrots to the mixture and toss to combine so the carrots are coated. 4: On the baking dish, sprinkle a handful of the parmesan cheese. Dip the flat sides of the carrots into remaining parmesan cheese and place them cheese facing down on the baking sheet. 5: Bake for about 20 minutes or until carrots are fork tender. Remove from oven and flip carrots to see the crusted parmesan. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy!View original recipe
