What you need

tbsp onion powder

tsp pepper
tbsp cornstarch

cup flour

Instructions
1: Cube your chicken and set aside. 2: In a bowl, mix flour, egg, cold water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together, then set aside. 3: Toss chicken in cornstarch. 4: After covering in cornstarch, toss chicken in the liquidy flour mixture. 5: Pour oil in a pan and heat on high. 6: Fry each chicken cube for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove from the pan. 7: In another pan, make the sauce by combining orange juice, orange zest, sweetener, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch mixed with water. 8: Simmer the sauce for 2-3 minutes. 9: Toss the cooked chicken in the sauce. 10: Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.View original recipe
