
Mini Hand Apple Pies
Delicious mini hand apple pies made with diced honey crisp, Fuji, and Granny Smith apples, spiced with a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice, and sweetened with granulated sugar. These delightful pies are encased in premade pie crusts and topped with a sprinkle of coarse sugar before baking until golden brown.
What you need

tbsp butter

tsp nutmeg

cup granulated sugar
egg

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F. 2: Peel and dice the apples. 3: In a pot, combine diced apples with butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, and granulated sugar. 4: Cook on low for 10 minutes, then allow to simmer for another 10 minutes. 5: Let the filling cool for 30 minutes before filling the premade pie crusts. 6: Once filled, baste the mini pies with a little egg and sprinkle with coarse sugar. 7: Put the mini pies in the freezer for 15 minutes. 8: Bake in the oven for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.View original recipe
