tbsp butter

onion

tsp pepper

tbsp olive oil
tbsp flour

tsp garlic powder

cup parmesan cheese
cup chicken broth

cup pasta

cup heavy cream
tsp italian seasoning

chicken breast

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Boil salted pasta water and cook pasta until al dente (about 1 minute less than what is on the package). 2: Mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together. Season sliced chicken breasts with half of the mixed seasonings. 3: In a deep pan, heat olive oil on medium heat and cook seasoned chicken breasts on each side for about 6-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. 4: In the same pan chicken was cooked in, add butter and melt. Add onions and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5: Add flour and stir to combine into garlic and onions. 6: Whisk in chicken broth, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. Add sun-dried tomatoes. Allow it to thicken for 5-7 minutes. Once it boils, add in cooked pasta and return cooked chicken to the pan. 7: Taste for salt and pepper if needed. Serve with more grated parmesan.
