cup milk

tbsp flour

cup sour cream

1: Cook pasta in salted water as directed on the box. Drain and set aside (do not rinse). 2: Mix flour, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Set aside. 3: In a sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat. 4: Once melted, add flour mixture and whisk until combined. Cook for about 1 minute until the mixture browns a bit. 5: Add milk and whisk until smooth. 6: Add sour cream and whisk until smooth. 7: Cook on medium-low heat until the mixture thickens (3-5 min). 8: Once thickened, reduce heat to low and add all cheeses.
