
Low Carb Chicken Parm Pizza

A delicious low carb chicken parmesan pizza made with ground chicken and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

What you need

basil

lb ground chicken

tbsp garlic salt
egg

tbsp italian seasoning

cup marinara sauce
Instructions
1: Combine ground chicken, eggs, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. 2: Get a round pizza pan and cover it with seran/plastic wrap. Spread ground chicken mixture until flattened. Freeze for 1-2 hours. 3: After frozen, preheat oven to 425. Unwrap chicken from plastic wrap. Spray pizza pan with oil spray or coat with oil. 4: On each side of the chicken, brush with egg wash and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs on each side. Bake each side at 425 for 25 minutes each. 5: Remove and top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil. Place in oven for 5 minutes more. Put under broiler for 5 minutes for extra bubbly cheese. Enjoy!View original recipe
