What you need

lb golden potatoes

tbsp parsley

tbsp butter

green onion

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup sour cream

cup heavy cream

oz cream cheese

bacon

cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Wash and peel potatoes, cutting them into large cubes. Place in a pot of salted water on medium-high heat. 3: Cook until potatoes are fork tender (15-20 minutes), then drain. 4: Mash potatoes with a masher or large fork. 5: Add melted butter, cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 6: Fold in parsley, green onion, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese until combined. 7: Sprinkle additional green onion, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese on top. 8: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
