What you need

thyme

tbsp butter

tsp pepper
tsp flour
tbsp chicken broth

rosemary

lemon juice

tbsp olive oil

tsp paprika
Instructions
1: Pat dry cod with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2: On medium-high heat, add olive oil and melt 1tbsp butter in a pan. Add thyme and rosemary, as well as smashed garlic cloves. 3: Add seasoned cod to pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reads 145 degrees and the fish flakes easily. 4: Remove cooked cod from pan and set aside. 5: Reduce heat to low. Add 2tbsp butter and allow to melt. Then add chicken broth and lemon juice followed by flour to thicken the sauce. 6: Pour sauce over cooked cod fillets and enjoy!View original recipe
