Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees and cook the lasagna noodles as directed on the box. Once noodles are done, drain and add cold water to prevent sticking. Arrange them on a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray for easy assembling. 2: Make meat sauce by cooking ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. 3: Make cheese sauce by mixing ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup parsley. Spread cheese sauce and meat sauce on each noodle and roll up. 4: Transfer rolled noodles to the 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining sauce and 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese.
