What you need

lb ground beef

tsp garlic powder

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp brown sugar

tsp paprika

onion

tsp pepper

cup ketchup

bell pepper

tsp white vinegar

tsp onion powder

cup parsley

tsp black pepper

tsp italian seasoning
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. 2: Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. 3: Mix all meatloaf ingredients together until well combined. 4: Form into a log in the prepared loaf pan by pressing down gently and evenly. 5: Cook meatloaf uncovered for 40 minutes. 6: While cooking, mix all glaze ingredients together. 7: After 40 minutes, take the meatloaf out of the oven and add your glaze. 8: Bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. 9: Let meatloaf cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from pan and cutting.View original recipe
