Instructions
1: In a stock pot, combine water and chicken broth. 2: Add all vegetables and bring to a boil on medium high heat. 3: Once boiling, bring heat to medium low and cover partially. Cook for 45 minutes. 4: After 45 minutes, with a slotted spoon, remove veggies from broth and place in blender with 2 full ladles of broth and the chicken bouillon. 5: Blend and add back to broth. 6: Cook your favorite pasta separately and pour broth mix over. 7: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!View original recipe
