What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp beef bouillon

oz tomato paste
tbsp garlic
lb ground beef
egg

cup parmesan cheese

cup parsley
tsp salt

tsp pepper
Instructions
1: Combine all ingredients for meatballs and roll into small balls. 2: Heat oil on medium and fry meatballs until golden on all sides (5-7 minutes total). Remove from pan and set aside. 3: In the same pan, add olive oil, tomato paste and garlic, and let cook for 2-3 minutes. 4: Add chicken broth and turn heat to high, bringing to a boil. 5: Once boiling, lower heat to medium-low and add pasta; cook until done (about 12-16 minutes), stirring often to prevent sticking. 6: If needed, add more chicken broth (1/2 cup at a time) until pasta is done. 7: Add meatballs back in along with cheese. Stir and enjoy!View original recipe
