What you need
lb ground beef

cup parsley

tsp pepper

oz tomato paste

cup parmesan cheese
cup chicken broth
egg

tsp beef bouillon

tbsp olive oil
tbsp garlic
Instructions
1: Combine all ingredients for meatballs and roll into small balls. 2: Heat oil on medium and fry meatballs until golden on all sides (5-7 minutes total). 3: Remove meatballs from the pan. 4: In the same pan, add olive oil, tomato paste, and garlic. Let cook for 2-3 minutes. 5: Add chicken broth and turn heat to high, bringing to a boil. 6: Once boiling, lower heat to low and add pasta. Cook until done (about 12-16 minutes), stirring often. 7: If needed, add more chicken broth (1/2 cup at a time) until pasta is done. 8: Add meatballs back in and grate fresh cheese.
