
Healthier Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs
A healthier version of Reese's peanut butter eggs made with semi-sweet chocolate chips, coconut oil, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup. These treats are perfect for Easter and easy to make. Start by melting chocolate chips with coconut oil, freeze for the chocolate base, then fill with a peanut butter and maple syrup mixture, and finally top with more chocolate.
What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1: Place chocolate chips in a bowl with coconut oil and melt in the microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring often. 2: Spray the mold with cooking spray. 3: Put 1/2 of the melted chocolate in the mold and freeze until hard (about 20 minutes). 4: Combine peanut butter and maple syrup and add on top of the frozen chocolate. 5: Top with the other 1/2 of melted chocolate and sprinkle salt. 6: Freeze until frozen (about 20 more minutes).View original recipe
