tbsp butter

tsp turmeric

cup basmati rice

tbsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
1: On medium heat, melt butter. 2: Once melted, add turmeric and cumin and cook for about a minute until fragrant. 3: Add basmati rice and toast for about 4 minutes. 4: Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. 5: Once boiling, put on simmer, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. 6: After 15 minutes, remove from heat and let sit, covered undisturbed. 7: Fluff rice, add salt and pepper if needed.View original recipe
