lb ground turkey
salsa

green bell pepper

tbsp taco seasoning

cup tortilla chips

can black beans

cup corn

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1: In a skillet/deep pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil on medium heat. Add onions, bell pepper and jalapeños. Cook for 3 minutes, or until somewhat softened. 2: Add ground turkey and season with salt. Break apart into small pieces. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 3: Once turkey is browned, add corn, black beans, taco seasoning and salsa. Cook for 3 minutes. 4: Crumble tortilla chips on top and add shredded cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted (about 3 minutes). 5: Serve with tortillas like nachos, over a salad, or with rice.
