
Ground Chicken Stir Fry

What you need

lb ground chicken

tsp rice wine vinegar

tbsp sesame oil

onion

pepper

tbsp honey

cup broccoli

bell pepper

tbsp sriracha

in fresh ginger
tbsp cornstarch

cup chicken broth

Instructions
1: Cut onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots and bok choy and set aside. 2: Add all ingredients under 'for sauce' and whisk together. Set aside. 3: On medium-high heat, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to a deep pan and add seasoned ground chicken. Cook until no longer pink (about 7 minutes) and remove carefully with a slotted spoon. 4: Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and onion, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and bok choy. Cook until somewhat tender (about 5 minutes). 5: Once veggies are cooked to your desired consistency, add the cooked chicken back to the pan along with the mixed sauce. Let it simmer on low for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. 6: Serve immediately over rice or as a lettuce wrap, garnished with nuts, sesame seeds, and green onions.View original recipe
