A delicious one sheet pan meal featuring Greek-style chicken tenderloins paired with brussel sprouts and potatoes, all marinated with a flavorful mix of red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and spices.

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2: Combine all ingredients under '-for the marinade-' and whisk. Set aside. 3: Trim leaves and cut Brussels sprouts in half. Peel and dice potatoes. 4: On baking sheet, add Brussels, potatoes, onions, and chicken. Drizzle with marinade over all and combine. 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees) and potatoes are tender. Broil for 2-3 minutes for an extra golden crust on chicken and potatoes. 6: Top with optional toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
