Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2: In a bowl, combine bread flour, rapid rise yeast and salt. Whisk together. Add warm water, honey, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix until just incorporated. 3: Coat bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil. Place dough in it and cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Allow to rise for at least 20-30 minutes in a warm place. 4: In the meantime, slice tomatoes and prepare seasonings. 5: To a baking sheet or oven-safe dish, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Add risen dough and spread evenly onto baking sheet. Press small holes with your fingertips into dough. 6: Add all toppings. 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.View original recipe
