What you need

tbsp butter

tbsp sugar

tsp baking powder

cup flour
egg

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

cup buttermilk
Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 2: In a separate bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and vanilla. 3: Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just incorporated. 4: Add sugar and melted butter into the mixture. 5: Spray pan with cooking spray or butter.
