lb fettucine

Instructions
1: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Pat dry chicken and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. 2: Place chicken in air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping once in between. 3: While the chicken is cooking, boil salted pasta water and cook fettuccine until al dente (about 1 minute less than the package instructions). 4: Make the sauce by melting butter on medium heat in a deep pan. 5: Add grated or minced garlic and sauté for a minute. 6: Add heavy cream and allow it to cook for about 7 minutes. 7: Mix in half of the parmesan cheese and broccoli. 8: Drain the fettuccine and add it to the sauce, along with 1 cup of reserved pasta water. 9: Add the remaining parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and cook the sauce down until it thickens for about 5-7 minutes. 10: Serve with air-fried chicken.
