
Egg Roll in a Bowl Ramen
A delicious and easy one pan meal that combines the flavors of an egg roll with ramen noodles. Ready in about 20 minutes, this dish includes ground turkey, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce, all topped with delicious garnishes.
What you need

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp brown sugar

lb ground turkey

tsp sesame oil

onion

bell pepper

tbsp sriracha

tsp fresh ginger
tbsp cornstarch

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp fish sauce

cup chicken broth
egg

ramen noodles
Instructions
1: Whisk together all ingredients under 'for the sauce' and set aside. 2: Cook ramen noodles according to package for 1 minute less than package says. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil and set aside. 3: In a large pan, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink (about 5 minutes). 4: Add 1 teaspoon more sesame oil and all of the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. 5: Add cooked noodles and prepared sauce. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until sauce is absorbed into mixture. 6: Add egg at last minute and cook for another minute until scrambled. 7: Top with green onions, peanuts, sesame seeds, seaweed, spicy mayo, etc. Enjoy!View original recipe
