cup heavy whipping cream

cup sugar

tsp nutmeg

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp cinnamon

tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 2: Break croissants up into baking dish in large chunks. 3: Whisk together heavy cream, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Pour over croissants. 4: If the bread still looks dry, add another 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Pieces should look wet. 5: Top with a drizzle of brown sugar. 6: Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and most of the liquid is absorbed. 7: Top with toppings of your choice.
