What you need

cup green beans

onion

tsp pepper

cup chicken broth

cup pasta

cup heavy cream

tsp italian seasoning

clove garlic
Instructions
1: Boil pot of water with salt. Cook pasta until al dente (1-2 minutes less than what the box says). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water once done. 2: In a large, deep pan on medium heat, add oil. Add onions and italian sausage, then cook until mostly browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, mushrooms, green beans, red pepper flakes (if using), Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are softened and green beans are tender. 3: Add sun dried tomatoes and stir in. Cook for 1 minute. Then, add chicken broth and bring it to a simmer; let it cook for about 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly. 4: Add heavy cream and cheese, stirring to combine. Incorporate cooked pasta and reserved pasta water (1/4 cup at a time), tossing together. Add more pasta water if a creamier sauce is desired. 5: Taste for salt and add more if needed. Top with parm cheese and enjoy!View original recipe
