What you need

can corn

tsp kosher salt

avocado

lime

can pinto beans

can black beans

green onion

jalapeno

red bell pepper

red onion

cup feta

tbsp taco seasoning

mango

orange bell pepper
tbsp honey

cup olive oil

Instructions
1: Drain and rinse the black beans, pinto beans, and corn. 2: Chop the orange bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, mango, jalapeno, avocado, and green onion. 3: In a large bowl, combine the chopped ingredients, black beans, pinto beans, and corn. 4: For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, lime juice, taco seasoning, honey, and kosher salt. 5: Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. 6: If using, slice the grilled chicken breast and add on top or mix into the salad. 7: Garnish with a handful of cilantro and feta cheese before serving.View original recipe
