What you need
tsp italian seasoning

slice french bread

bay leaves

cup beef broth

cup mozzarella cheese

cup white wine

tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1: Slice all the onions. Add oil to your pan and let it get hot. Once hot, add onions and cook until they're wilted and caramelized for about 15-20 minutes. 2: Add your white wine, beef broth, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, and salt + pepper. Cook on medium for around 30 minutes. 3: Preheat your oven on broil. Take sliced bread and butter one side of all pieces. Broil on low for about 5 minutes until the bread gets brown and crispy. Remove from the oven. 4: Pour your soup into individual oven-safe bowls.
