cup brown sugar

tsp baking soda

cup cake flour

cup chocolate

cup sugar

cup butter

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 410 degrees. 2: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 4-5 minutes or until creamy. 3: Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. 4: Stir in both flours, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined - avoid overmixing. Fold in chocolate chips. 5: Separate dough into large balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. You can only fit 4 cookies on one large cookie sheet. 6: Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
