
Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
Delicious and soft cinnamon rolls with a cream cheese frosting, made from scratch. These rolls feature a rich filling and are baked to perfection. Perfect for a dessert or special occasion.
What you need

cup heavy whipping cream

cup salted butter

cup powdered sugar

cup all purpose flour

cup granulated sugar

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp cinnamon

oz cream cheese

cup brown sugar
Instructions
1: In a stand mixer, mix milk, yeast, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and flour on low/medium until just combined with paddle attachment. 2: Switch to hook attachment and knead on low/medium for 5-7 minutes until dough is sticky. 3: Place dough ball in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. 4: Combine inside filling ingredients and set aside. 5: Once dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface to 20x15 inches. 6: Spread filling around dough, tightly roll it, and cut into 12 pieces. 7: Put in greased 9x13 baking dish and pour 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream over rolls. 8: Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes at 375°F, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. 9: While rolls are baking, mix all icing ingredients until whipped. 10: Spread icing while warm and serve warm.
