These gooey and soft chocolate chip walnut cookies are perfectly crunchy on the outside, making them the ideal treat. This copycat recipe allows you to recreate the deliciousness of LEVAIN BAKERY’s famous cookies at home. The dough creates eight extra large cookies, featuring a rich blend of chocolate and walnuts.
What you need

cup cake flour

cup butter

cup sugar
tsp cornstarch

cup all purpose flour

cup chocolate

tsp baking soda

cup brown sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 410 degrees. 2: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and sugar for 4-5 minutes or until creamy. 3: Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each egg. 4: Stir in both flours, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined - avoid overmixing. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. 5: Separate dough into large balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. These are huge, guys! You can only fit 4 cookies on one large cookie sheet. 6: Bake for 9-12 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes to set, move to a cookie sheet to finish cooling. 7: Serve & enjoy!View original recipe
