Instructions
1: Fry tortillas in canola oil on each side until crisp. Move to a cooling rack and immediately sprinkle with salt. 2: Make salsa verde by frying tomatillos, serrano peppers, onion, and garlic until blistered on both sides in a frying pan. 3: Remove and place in a mixer with cilantro, chicken bouillon, and water. Mix until combined. 4: Put 1 tablespoon oil in the frying pan and pour salsa verde into the pan. Cook on low to thicken for 5-10 minutes. 5: Add cooked tortillas to the salsa verde and cook for another few minutes until combined. 6: Cook eggs in a separate frying pan until whites are opaque.
