
Chicken Stir Fry
An easy and customizable Chicken Stir Fry loaded with nutrients and protein from chicken and various vegetables. This dish comes together in one pan within 30 minutes, making it perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.
What you need

tbsp sesame oil

cup snap peas

tbsp soy sauce

yellow bell pepper

cup honey

cup broccoli

tbsp chicken broth

in fresh ginger
lb chicken breast
Instructions
1: Cube chicken and place in a bowl. 2: Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey and whisk together. Pour over cubed chicken and allow to marinade for 15 minutes. 3: In a deep pan, heat 2tbsp sesame oil on medium-high. Add bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crunchy tender. 4: Make a space in the middle of the vegetables and add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute untouched before mixing into the other vegetables. Cook for another minute and remove vegetables from pan and set aside. 5: Add 2tbsp sesame oil to same pan and cook marinated chicken cubes on each side for about 3 minutes. Once chicken is mostly cooked, add vegetables back into pan. 6: Add rest of marinade and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook for 3-5 minutes until it thickens a bit. 7: Serve over rice and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
