Instructions

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. 2: Prepare the sumac salad by combining all ingredients under 'for sumac salad'. 3: Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken on each side for 4-5 minutes. 4: Once cooked on each side, remove chicken from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 5: Prepare salad bowl with lettuce, sumac salad, olives, sliced chicken, hummus, and pitas.
