Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Cut chicken breasts in half vertically. Pound chicken until 1/4” thick. 3: Dip chicken in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture. Repeat until all chicken is breaded. 4: Heat oil in a pan until it reaches 350-375°F. Cook chicken in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 5: In a 9x13 baking dish, add about 1 cup of marinara sauce to the bottom. Add chicken cutlets and top each with 2 tbsp marinara sauce and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. 6: Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes to melt cheese. 7: Top with parsley and serve over buttered noodles.View original recipe
