What you need
tbsp lime juice

tbsp oil
tbsp fish sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

oz rice noodles

cup soy sauce

cilantro

sesame oil

Instructions
1: Cut chicken into cubes/strips. Marinate in soy sauce and set aside. 2: Prepare your noodle sauce by combining all ingredients until well combined. Set aside. 3: Boil rice noodles for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes in water. Rinse with cold water and strain. 4: Put sesame oil in a deep pan. Saute marinated chicken and add Thai chili paste until cooked through. Remove from pan. 5: Add more sesame oil and add carrots and green onions. Cook until al dente (about 3 minutes). 6: Add whisked eggs into the pan until cooked. 7: Add cooked chicken, noodles, and sauce and combine. 8: Top with peanuts, cilantro, and lime. 9: Enjoy & buon appetito!View original recipe
