
Chicken Marsala

What you need

cup parsley

tbsp butter

cup all purpose flour

cup marsala wine

yellow onion
cup chicken broth

cup heavy cream

tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1: Slice mushrooms. Chop garlic, shallot, onion, and parsley, then set aside. 2: Pound out chicken breast or tenderloins until 1/4” thickness. Season chicken with 1 tsp salt and pepper. 3: Coat chicken in all-purpose flour seasoned with 1 tsp salt and pepper. 4: In a frying pan on medium-high heat, add 3 tbsp olive oil. Cook the chicken on each side for about 3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan. 5: Add 3 tbsp butter to the same pan and melt. Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to wilt. Add garlic, shallot, and parsley and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 6: Add Marsala wine, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Return the chicken to the pan. 7: Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken a bit. Enjoy!View original recipe
