What you need

lemon

lemon juice

cup greek yogurt

lb chicken breast

tsp cumin

Instructions
1: Cut chicken in half and place in a bowl. 2: Add olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin, and coriander. Mix well. 3: Marinate for 30 minutes or up to overnight. 4: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 5: Place onion halves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. 6: Insert wooden skewers in onions and place chicken horizontally on skewers. 7: Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees and is golden. 8: Meanwhile, make sumac salad by combining all salad ingredients in a bowl. 9: Once chicken is done, cut off skewers vertically. 10: Serve on a pita with tzatziki, sumac salad, and feta.
