
Chicken Fajita Bowls
A simple weeknight dinner that combines sliced chicken breasts, peppers, and onions, cooked in one pan with flavorful seasonings. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal, served over rice or a bed of lettuce.

tsp chili powder

hummus

tsp garlic powder
cheese

tbsp olive oil

beans

lettuce

tsp paprika

red onion
tsp oregano

tsp cumin

tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
1: Combine all seasonings in a bowl. 2: Coat the stripped chicken in seasonings. 3: Add olive oil to cast iron pan or skillet. 4: Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side and set aside on a plate. 5: Add sliced peppers and onions into the same skillet and sauté until golden brown (about 7 minutes). 6: Add more oil if you notice any sticking. 7: Add chicken back in and sauté for 2 minutes to let flavors blend. 8: Assemble bowls as desired and enjoy!View original recipe
